September 13th “Insurance Update-From Flood to Active Shooters What You Need to Know”

Most property owners don’t feel they are a target for Cyber criminals. What they don’t know is that they are in possession of highly sensitive information. If this protected information is hacked, it can cause significant financial stress to the organization that was entrusted to guard it. Additionally, there are new types of cyber extortion evolving on a regular basis. We will discuss the emerging risk of cyber liability, and how property owners can protect themselves.
Another scenario we will discuss is active shooters. Now picture a person walking into a busy apartment building lobby. Shots are fired and the residents begin running and screaming. This is a frightening reality, with similar stories playing out across the country. Having a plan in place can help mitigate damages, and possibly save lives.
