On Wednesday, September 19, 2007 the Property Owners Association will present “Real Estate Market Forecast and Banking Update.” The program will take place at The Wilshire Grand Hotel, 350 Pleasant Valley Way, West Orange, NJ, and begin at 6:30 p.m. The program is graciously sponsored by New Jersey Window Erectors, Shore Insulation and Glen Oil Group.
“Everyone has their own idea about what the future will hold with regard to the industry, we have pulled together some of the best resources to give you insight and help you plan your next investment,” stated POA President Chris O’Connor. "No matter where you are on the property investment ladder this is a must attend event.”
This program will focus on advances in banking and lending vehicles as well as what the real estate industry holds for multi-family owners in the future. In this market it is essential that you be armed with as much information and resources as you can.
The evening will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a First Time Investors Seminar, to be followed at 7:00 p.m. by a brief business meeting. The Legal Forum will follow at 7:15pm. Our featured presentation will follow.
Attendance at this meeting is FREE for POA members, who are also encouraged to bring a guest with them at no charge. Super Stars are allowed to bring three non-members with them. Non-members can attend for a fee of $35, which is applicable to membership dues if they join within 30 days.
