On Wednesday, September 12, 2012, Melvin Cohen of Creative Real Estate Services and Steven Buch of Stuyvesant Yale will address POA members and guests. The program will take place at the Wilshire Grand in West Orange beginning at 6:30p.m. sponsored by Kenneth Jaffe Advertising.

With more than 40 years of combined know-how in this arena Melvin and Steve will share how they grew their business, overcame obstacles and managed the day to day of being an owner.
The evening will begin with our new “Ask an Expert” panel, can get real time answers to questions and situations they are facing with regard to owning and managing properties. We will also receive an Energy Update from Glenn Pisani from Great Eastern Energy. At 7:00p.m we will have our Legal Forum followed by a brief business meeting. Our featured presentation will begin at 7:45pm.
Attendance to this meeting is FREE to POA members, who are encouraged to bring a guest with them at no additional charge. SuperStar members may invite up to three additional guests to each meeting at no additional charge. Non-members may attend for the nominal fee of $35, which can be applied to 2012 dues.
