Last week, POA member Tracey Goldstein of Goldstein Kelin LLC appeared before the New Jersey Supreme Court along with Nicholas Kikis of the New Jersey Apartment Association representing the New Jersey State Bar Association, to explain why the proposed changes to landlord-tenant eviction laws should not be enacted. They opposed several of the proposed changes, arguing they added no substantive value and unjustly delayed the eviction process.
