Areas of discussion will be grounds for eviction, security deposit act amendments, abandoned property statutes, as well as other recent case law. Meeting will be held at the Crowne Plaza Cherry Hill beginning at 6:00p.m.
Jules A. Lieberman, Esq. is a partner with the firm Greenblatt & Lieberman a leading landlord/tenant firm in Southern Jersey. He has been practicing for over 37 years. He is co-chair of the Superior Court, Special Civil Part Committee for Camden County and has lectured extensively for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, the Camden County Bar Association, and the NJAA in landlord/tenant law.
