On Wednesday, May 14th, the POA will present a program on “Energy Solutions-Insulation, Maintenance and Alternative Energy”. The program will take place at the Wilshire Grand at 350 Pleasant Valley Way, West Orange, NJ, beginning at 6:30 p.m. The program is sponsored by Shore Insulation and Tiger Foam Insulation.
Our speakers for the evening will include Will Cronin of Shore Insulation, Scott Fawcett of Premier Energy Group, LLC and Troy Hull of Energy Billing Systems. As prices for fuel and maintenance rise, it is essential that we do all that we can to limit our expenses where we can. “If you want to control costs and make your buildings as efficient as possible, you need to hear these speakers” stated Chris O’Connor, President of the POA.
The evening will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a First Time Investors Seminar during which Mike Shulman of Rent- A-Room Properties will discuss
the ins and outs of multi- family ownership. This will be followed at 7:00 p.m. by a brief business meeting. The Legal Forum will begin at 7:15pm.
