May 11th What You Don’t Know Can Hurt You – Legislative & Regulatory Update from the NJAA

With over 7,000 bills pending before the New Jersey Legislature, the old political adage is certainly true – “What you don’t know can hurt you.”  What is the Law Revision Commission working on? How is the State Budget for next year shaping up? Is the use of credit in the screening process under threat? What about bed bugs?

Join us on Wednesday, May 11th as we hear from the New Jersey Apartment Association’s government affairs team on a selection of highlights from the latest legislative, regulatory and legal issues facing professional multi-family rental housing providers.

NJAA’s  government affairs team of Conor G. Fennessy, Vice President, and Nicholas J. Kikis, Director – Regulatory Affairs & Research,  will share their knowledge and expertise with POA members and guests at the Wilshire Grand in West Orange beginning at 6:30 p.m.  The meeting is sponsored by David Lerner Associates as well as Rifkin & Rosen Ultimates Loss Consultants.

Attendance at this meeting is FREE for POA members, who are also encouraged to bring a guest with them at no charge. Super Stars are allowed to bring three non- members. Non-members can attend for a fee of $35, which is applicable to membership dues if they join within 30 days.
