The program will take place at the Wilshire Grand in West Orange beginning at 6:30p.m. sponsored by Shore Insulation.
The presentation will focus on what a tax assessment is, are appraisals needed as well as what is the Chapter 123 ratio. This presentation will be given by Jeff J. Horn. Esq., a managing member of Horn, Turnbach & Rybar LLC. He will examine the factors that go into a tax appeal in addition to how to determine if one may say you money. We will also examine administrative and rent control hearings with a panel of experienced members who have first hand knowledge of the process. Know what you need to be prepared and how the the system works.
Jeff J. Horn. Esq. is a certified tax assessor and the former Commissioner and President of the Ocean County Board of Taxation. He pursues over 1,000 tax appeals in both county and state tax courts. Len Rosenberg, Lincoln Turner and Sandy Kepniss, all longtime owners will also be speaking with regard to administrative and rent control hearings.
