On Wednesday, March 12th, the POA will present a program dealing with security in your apartment building. The program will take place at the Wilshire Grand at 350 Pleasant Valley Way, West Orange, NJ, beginning at 6:30 p.m.
Ed Tomkiewicz, Supervisor of Enforcement for the Bureau of Housing will address issues in security as they apply to the multi-family housing industry. Whether you have 1 unit or 300+, the security of your residence and residents is key. “Security is a top priority for any owner/manager of multi-family housing, don't miss this meeting" stated POA President Chris O’Connor.
The evening will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a First Time Investors Seminar during which Mike Shulman of Rent- A-Room Properties will discuss the ins and outs of multi- family ownership. This will be followed at 7:00 p.m. by a brief business meeting. The Legal Forum will begin at 7:15pm
Attendance at this meeting is FREE for POA members, who are also encouraged to bring a guest with them at no charge. Super Stars are allowed to bring three non- members with them. Non-members can attend for a fee of $35, which is applicable to membership dues if they join within 30 days.
