On Wednesday, June 11, 2008 the Property Owners Association will feature, "Landlord/Tenant Law."The program will take place at The Wilshire Grand Hotel, 350 Pleasant Valley Way, West Orange, NJ, and begin at 6:30 p.m.The program is graciously sponsored and presented by Levy, Ehrlich & Petriello, Esqs. of Newark, as well as Rifkin & Rosen of Manalapan, NJ. Some of the issues we will examine will be the steps to a successful eviction and the various grounds to lawfully dispossess a residential tenant and recover possession of the premises.
