On Wednesday, January 14th, the Property Owners Association will offer an “Insurance & Banking Symposium.” The program will take place at The Wilshire Grand Hotel, 350 Pleasant Valley Way in West Orange NJ beginning at 6:30p.m. and is sponsored by Marcus & Millichap.
This program was developed to assist the owners and managers of multi-family housing with their insurance questions as well as assist them with their growing concerns regarding current lending standards. We would all like to know how to save money as well as where the cash for our next deal is coming from. With several exhibitors to speak with following our speakers, you will get all the help you need.
The ALS Group of Upper Saddle River will be speaking on insurance, while Michael Fasano of Marcus & Millichap of Elmwood Park will speak on the subject of finance. We will also have several exhibitors such as Washington Mutual, TMR Risk Management, Marcus & Millichap, Rosen & Rifkin and Capital Lending Corp. and ServPro will be available for your questions.
The evening will begin at 6:30p.m. with a First Time Investors Forum hosted by Mike Shulman of Rent-A-Room Properties. This will be followed by a brief business meeting at 7:00p.m. followed by the popular Legal Forum. The featured presentation will begin at 7:45p.m.
Attendance to this meeting is FREE to POA members. Non-members may attend for the nominal fee of $35, which is applicable to 2009 should they join within 30 days.
