October 11th “Dept. of Community Affairs Update”

On Wednesday, October 14, 2015, Ed Tomkiewicz, Chief of Department of Community Affairs, Division of Codes and Standards of the Bureau of Housing Inspection will address members and guests. The program will take place at the Wilshire Grand in West Orange, NJ beginning at 6:30p.m. and is graciously sponsored by Griffin Alexander, P.C. and Kenneth Jaffe Advertising . The presentation will address the 5-year inspection process which is administered by the Department of Community Affairs, as well as other integral issues property owners need to be aware of. Inspections as well as the most common violations will be discussed.
