May 10 “Companion/Service Animals with Feinstein, Raiss, Kelin & Booker”

Join us on Wednesday, May 10th as Tracey Goldstein, Esq. of Feinstein, Raiss, Kelin & Booker LLC presents “Companion/Service Animals-What You Need to Know” beginning at 6:30p.m. at the Wilshire Grand, 350 Pleasant Valley Way, West Orange, NJ.
This presentation will address the issues surrounding assistance animals; what is an assistance animal, the difference between service animals and companion animals, what information an applicant or tenant must supply to obtain permission to have an assistance animal and when such a request can be denied.
The evening will begin at 6:30 p.m. with our First Time Investors session followed at 7:00 p.m. by a brief business meeting. The Legal Forum hosted by Ehrlich Petriello Gudin & Plaza will begin at 7:15p.m. Our featured panel will begin at 7:30p.m.
Attendance at this meeting is FREE for POA members, who are also encouraged to bring a guest with them at no charge. Super Stars are allowed to bring three non- members with them. Non-members can attend for a fee of $35, which is applicable to membership dues if they join within 30 days.
