Legal Hot Topics Marijuana & Smoking With Tracey Goldstein, Esq. of Feinstein Raiss Kelin Booker & Goldstein LLC.

In light of people becoming more health conscious and the high costs associated with the turnover of a smoker’s apartment, smoking in multi-family apartments is now a hot topic. With the increasing complaints regarding marijuana smoking, medical marijuana and decriminalization you need to be prepared for the issues that arise. Tracey Goldstein, Esq. of Feinstein Raiss Kelin Booker & Goldstein will focus on the legal issues facing owners and how they should be addressed.
During the legal forum Matthew Collins, Esq. of Brach Eichler will explain the new Paid Sick Act which will require New Jersey employers of all sizes to provide up to 40 hours of paid sick leave per year to covered employees. If you have employees or are one you should educate yourself on this new law.
Beginning at 6:30p.m. LEW Corp. will present an update on the lead laws. Ignorance of the law is no defense and fines being exorbitant you need to know the law and have the correct resources.
