On Wednesday, January 10th the Property Owners Association will feature, “Maintenance Economics” sponsored by Provident Bank. The program will take place at The Wilshire Grand Hotel, 350 Pleasant Valley Way, West Orange, NJ, and begin at 6:30 p.m. The program will feature a panel of industry experts and address questions regarding the maintenance of your properties as well as fiduciary responsibilities of building upkeep.
This program will also feature an update from NJ’s Clean Energy Program on current offerings and incentives for owners throughout NJ. The Clean Energy program is a statewide initiative offers financial incentives, programs and services for New Jersey residents, business owners and local governments to help them save energy, money and the environment.
