January 10th “Maintenance Economics”

On Wednesday, January 10th the Property Owners Association will feature, “Maintenance Economics” sponsored by Provident Bank. The program will take place at The Wilshire Grand Hotel, 350 Pleasant Valley Way, West Orange, NJ, and begin at 6:30 p.m. The program will feature a panel of industry experts and address questions regarding the maintenance of your properties as well as fiduciary responsibilities of building upkeep.
This program will also feature an update from NJ’s Clean Energy Program on current offerings and incentives for owners throughout NJ. The Clean Energy program is a statewide initiative offers financial incentives, programs and services for New Jersey residents, business owners and local governments to help them save energy, money and the environment. This is a money saving presentation that you should mark your calendar for now!
Barbara A. Carrollo-Loeffler Senior Vice President/ Director, Consumer & Residential Lending, Joseph Vendola, VP / Relationship Manager, Commercial Lending as well as Michael Petrucci , Vice President / Market Manager of Provident Bank will be discussing the current regulatory environment and the impact of the changes in HMDA on mixed use and residential properties. They will also touch on the 1031 exchange process.
