Join us as Griffin Alexander P.C. discusses the Fair Housing Act which prohibits discrimination against certain protected classes, such as race, disability, and religion. One of the protected classes under the Fair Housing Act is sex, which protects individuals from discrimination, including sexual harassment, in the terms and conditions of agreements and/or practices in housing. This presentation is designed to discuss the topics of sexual harassment that may constitute discrimination in housing.
