Please join us virtually for a webinar on Monday, August 17th at 2:00 PM to hear from Jonathan Sternesky, from the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency (NJHMFA). During this course, Mr. Sternesky will discuss what you need to know about the Small Landlord Emergency Grant (SLEG) Program that was recently announced to assist small rental property owners (3-10 unit properties) and their tenants during the COVID-19 emergency.
This course will:
- Provide an overview of the Small Landlord Emergency Grant (SLEG) Program;
- Address eligibility criteria of the program for both the applicant and the applicant’s rental property; and
- Explain the application process and what information will be required to apply for the program.
