Our annual trade show, The Walter R. Cohn, Esq. Memorial EXPO. The event will take place on Wednesday, April 9, 2014, at the Wilshire Grand Hotel, 350 Pleasant Valley Way, West Orange, NJ. The doors will open to the public at 5:00p.m. The evening is courtesy of Platinum sponsors- Ehrlich Petriello Gudin & Plaza, M. Buffet dinner stations will be positioned throughout the hall during the evening and a cash bar will be available during the course of the exhibition. POA members will be able to talk one on one with exhibitors about the latest technology and information available to the multi-housing industry. POA anticipates an expanded exhibitor offering this year with our current space hosting more than 65+ suppliers and vendors to the industry under one roof, sharing their knowledge, experience and expertise with both POA members and guests.
Prizes will be awarded during the event and multiple tickets will be given to those who arrive early in the evening. A special grand prize will be presented at the end of the evening. Attendance at EXPO is free for POA members guests and non-members can register at the door for a fee of 35.00.
