On Wednesday, January 9, 2013, Michael Fasano, Vice President and Regional Manager of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment will address POA members and guests at the first general membership meeting of the year. The program will take place at the Wilshire Grand in West Orange beginning at 6:30p.m. sponsored by Marcus & Millichap.
The presentation will focus on the outlook for this year as well as what the current marketplace looks like. Mr. Fasano will share how to best capitalize on existing opportunities. “When Mr. Fasano last presented a similiar program the feedback was overwhelming. He is truly a master and his insight is invaluable. We look forward to hearing his thoughts again” stated incoming POA President, Tom Pahos of Cervelli Management.
The New Jersey office of Marcus & Millichap provides real estate investment sales, research information and advisory services for multifamily, retail, office, single-tenant net-lease, self-storage, seniors housing, manufactured homes, hospitality, land and special assets. Michael Fasano joined the firm in 2002 as an agent specializing in the multi-family market. In 2004, he became sales manager and in 2005 regional manager. In 2009 Mr. Fasano was promoted to Vice President.
