On Wednesday, November 9th, Jeffrey Itzkowitz, Esq., Counsel to Brach Eichler, LLC in Roseland will address various aspects of the real estate acquisition process, including what to consider before you even start looking for an investment property. The meeting will take place at the Wilshire Grand located at 350 Pleasant Valley Way in West Orange beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Issues that will be addressed include financing, community, and the type of building, as well as what to do after you identify a building.  He will discuss due diligence considerations to include in a contract of Purchase, investigations during the contract due diligence, resolving issues that may arise during due diligence, and how to get past due diligence and proceed to closing.   Paul Hutt of Homepro Inspections will also join the conversation and explain the value of a thorough and detailed property inspection.  As well as valuable information he has learned from years in the field.

The evening will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a First Time Investors Forum hosted by Ceyan Birney of Stone Mountain Properties  followed by a brief business meeting.  At 7:15p.m. the Legal Forum hosted by Bruce Gudin, Esq of Levy, Ehrlich and Petriello will begin followed at 7:45p.m. by the featured presentation.
