On Wednesday, March 11th, the Property Owners Association will offer a must attend seminar titled "Marketing Your Units Effectively in Today's Marketplace." The program will take place at The Wilshire Grand Hotel, 350 Pleasant Valley Way in West Orange NJ beginning at 6:30p.m. and is sponsored by Lowe Restoration Group Co. Roofing & Waterproofing and Merlin’s Pest Control.
As the marketplace continues to change due so does the formula property owners use to market their available rentals. We will talk about everything from the vital first impression of a unit to how to get the foot traffic you need to rent your available units.
Chris O’Connor of Drew & Rogers in Fairfield has over 25 years of experience in the business and will share his valuable knowledge with our group. The evening will begin at 6:30p.m. with a First Time Investors Forum hosted by Mike Shulman of Rent-A-Room Properties. This will be followed by a brief business meeting at 7:00p.m. followed by the popular Legal Forum. The featured presentation will begin at 7:45p.m. Attendance to this meeting is FREE to POA members. Non-members may attend for the nominal fee of $35, which is applicable to 2009 should they join within 30 days.
